The Cryo Sculpting body contouring procedure works by delivering controlled cooling to gently and effectively target the fat cells underneath the skin while leaving the skin itself unaffected. HOW DO YOU FREEZE FAT CELLS?

The FDA-cleared procedure suctions in the skin surrounding the area of fat you want to freeze, then uses controlled cooling (aka cryolipolysis) to drop the temperature of the skin down to where the fat cells die.

Q: What does it feel like?

A: During the treatment, a gel pad and applicator are applied to the targeted area. Applicators that use vacuum will draw the tissue into the applicator cup. You may feel pulling, tugging, and mild pinching. Controlled cooling is then delivered to the targeted fat so you may feel intense cold but this sensation typically subsides within 10 minutes as the area becomes numb. Many people read, play with their phones or even take a nap during their sessions.

Q: Where does the fat go?

A: Once the treated fat cells are crystallized

( frozen), the body naturally processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells. Once the treated fat cells are gone, they are gone for good.

Q: How long does it take to recover from   coolsculpting?

A: There is no recovery time after the procedure. You may resume your normal activities on the same day as your procedure, including work and exercise. The treated tissue may look or feel stiff immediately after the procedure. This is normal and disappears within 10 minutes to a few days.

Q: Does it really work? When will I see results?

A: Yes, the cryo sculpting procedure is a proven method to eliminate fat cells permanently, and the technology has been in the market for 8 years. While some patients may see results as early as 3 weeks after their session, most results are usually seen 1-3 months after the treatment.

Q: What happens if I gain weight down the road?
